Tasting Notes:

Chocalán Merlot Reserve has an intensive red colour, nearly opaque with red cherry highlights. Its aromas of plum, quince, and cardamom are discretely unveiled. In mouth it has a soft approach, increasing at the palate, medium volume and long soft tannins resulting in a warm subtle balance. A whisper of wood shimmers through coming together in fine balance with intense fruitiness. Very typically Merlot.

Food Pairing:

Suggested to be served with red meats and rich sauces, turkey with chestnuts, and roast duck.
