Tasting Notes:

100% Pinot Noir.

Kim Crawford Pinot Noir has perfumes of black cherries and redcurrants on the nose, with hints of smoke and a little oak. On the palate, the juicy, cherryish fruit is to the fore, with ripe, soft tannins and a clean, succulent finish.

The 2007 is just in and has received *** Recommended by Decanter Magazine September 2008
'Dark berry aromas, tight, silky tannins, promising concentration and elegance. Beautiful freshness. Perfumed finish.'

Food Pairings:

Ideal with smoked salmon or pork chops. Suited to most meats and not bad as a wine to enjoy all on its own.
