Tasting Notes:Unlike many Australian sweet white styles the Noble Taminga is very much a 'fruit driven' wine without dominating botrytis characters or excessive sweetness. The wine displays lifted citrus and apricot aromas with balanced luscious sweetness and a dry soft finish. The Estate has been producing a Noble Taminga for over ten years and the aim is to capture the exotic fruit flavours of this variety, without too much over-riding botrytis character. Food Pairings:The Taminga is beautifully complimented by a platter of Australian cheeses, dried fruit & nuts, citrus desserts like lemon tart, soufflés and cheesecakes.
