Barossa Shiraz is a rich, warm and generous red wine with intensely concentrated fruit flavours, mellowed by small oak maturation. This wine features ripe black fruit characters and a velvety, soft palate that makes for great drinking. Alternatively it can be cellared with confidence for a further 5 years or so.

Food Pairing:

A great partner for beef, full-flavoured meat and poultry dishes, good Indian curries, and, of course, perfect with a fine matured cheddar cheese.
