Tasting Notes:

Pale straw gold with subtle green hues. A strong and lifted nose showing intense grassy aromas mixed with vibrant scents of pineapple and passion fruit. A bouquet of kiwifruit, refreshingly citrussy, an impressive array of fresh lime, grapefruit and passionfruit flavours and hints of gooseberries. Semillon adds layers of succulent citrus and lemon butter whilst slightly softening the palate. Fresh and zingy styling with a fine balance, terrific intensity and nice asparagus-like nuances, the finish is crisp, with good length and a balanced natural acidity.

An outstanding combination of vibrant tropical fruit and gooseberry characters with a refreshingly crisp finish.

Food Pairing:

Ideal to enjoy chilled with grilled calamari and warm chicken caeser salad.
