Notes:

From vines around thirty years old grown in the hills behind Hunawihr this is lively in the mouth with lovely fresh acidity and good fruity flavours. Christophe and his cousin Marc are 100% biodynamic. They took over from their father and uncle in time for the 1995 vintage and they have progressed each year. We have always felt that they are stars of the future, and every year we are more and more impressed. They now own 20.5 hectares of very well sited vineyards around Hunawihr and Ribeauvillé to the north of Colmar, making fresh light organic whites.
