Tasting Notes:

This wine has a very deep garnet-red color that is characterized by the power and harmony of its flavours: blackcurrant and blackberry aromas blended with spices, menthol and cocoa make an exceptionally rich and aromatic. The mouth feel is rich and ample with delicate dense tannins. Ageing in oak barrels adds complexity and contributes to the elegance of the wine. Cocoa and blackcurrant aromas linger on the finish. This wine can easily be kept in cellar for 5 to 6 years.

Food Pairings:

It is the perfect accompaniment to most meat dishes, grilled or in sauces and soft, creamy cheeses.
