Tasting Notes:

100% Chardonnay. Probably our best-ever selling white wine. Dry and crisp with wonderful peachy aromas and flavours. A light style of Chardonnay with only 3 months of mild oak ageing that enhances the wine and adds to its superb balance and poise.

Food Pairings:

It goes well with creamy or grilled fish dishes and cooked cheeses.
