Tasting notes:

Made from Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre  grapes this wine has a deep garnet color. A powerful and complex nose showing scents of dark prunes, very ripe morel cherry, truffle, cacao, white pepper and clove. A wide and fleshy mouthfeel, fine tannins. Good density. Very well integrated wooded notes. A very powerful but yet elegant wine. Long finish. In the first 3 to 4 years, we recommend to serve this wines in a decanter to present its full potential. Serve with roast duck, venison, game in wine sauce and cheese plates.
