Tasting Notes:

Marlborough has an exceptional climate for the production of aromatic grapes. It has a massive diurnal range, and has the longest growing season of any vineyard region in the world. The humidity is very low, which is rare in cool climates, and it has reliable winds. The combination of these factors results in fully ripe Sauvignon Blanc, with intense expression of the variety and an almost complete absence of botrytis.

This wine has intense, lifted aromas of passion fruit, complemented wonderfully by ripe gooseberry, herbal notes and a touch of lime.  A light bodied, dry, crisp wine with powerful passion fruit and underlying lime and herbal tones.  Mouth-watering acidity is balanced by a rich yet elegant palate and leads to a long lingering finish.
