Tasting Notes:

One of the great New World sparklers, this rosé is made from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay using the traditional method made famous in Champagne. Crisp and fresh, but with real depth of fruit (far more than the colder parts of northern France can manage), it is simply a delicious glass of fizz and a perfect celebration wine whether you are toasting the happy couple at a wedding or just the fact it is Friday night.

Lots of ripe strawberries from the Pinot Noir on the nose with a creamy Chardonnay fruit playing second-fiddle. The palate explodes with raspberry fruit together with sherbety apples and biscuit notes on the finish.
