Tasting Notes:

This Blanc de Blancs is 100% Chardonnay, the intense and concentrated expression of an excellent year. Aromas of vanilla and spices add mellowness and warmth, which are echoed on the palate with flavors of brioche and toast, along with peach and mineral.

This full champagne with rich, mature aromas should be tasted as an aperitif or with fish cooked in creamy sauces.
