To place an order, please follow the following instructions;
First you must register an account with the website. Click on ‘Login’ at the top right hand side of the screen.
If you are a new customer to the website, please click Register. Please note, we only deliver to Jersey, Channel Islands. Please then fill in your details, choose a password and click Register. If you are an existing customer, please fill in your registered email address and password. You will then be taken to your My Account page. Here you can amend details, amend billing/shipping addresses, view previous orders, see your return requests, change your password. If you are happy, please click on Start Shopping (on the My information page).
You can now browse the site and add items to your basket. Find an item you would like, change the quantity to 1 or more. Click ‘add to basket’. You will see your basket details on the right hand side of the page under 'Your basket'. As you add more products, your viewable list will increase. You will also receive 5% discount on all WINE orders of 6 bottles or more.
Once you are ready to checkout and pay for your goods, please click Checkout (green box). You can also view your basket in more detail and then checkout by clicking View Basket. You have now entered stage one of the checkout procedure. On this page you can; amend the quantity you would like, continue shopping, empty your basket or checkout and pay. If you have been given a promotional discount code you can also enter it here. Please remember that if you alter the figure in the quantity, please update your basket before proceeding.
When you click on 'Checkout' you will either be taken to the login page or the Delivery address page. Once you are logged in and checked the delivery address. Either click on Deliver to this address or enter new address details below. If the delivery address if different to your billing address the order will be delivered with a delivery note with no prices showing.
You will then be taken to the Billing address page. Please select your billing address or enter a new address below.
You will then proceed through to the Select Delivery Method page. Please select your method, add a gift message (if sending item(s) as gift) and fill in any special delivery instructions or comments. Click Next.
You will now go to the Select Payment Method page. Here you can either pay by debit/credit card or book your items to your in-store credit account. Click Next.
You will then be taken to the Confirm your order page. Once you are happy, please click Confirm. Please note that once you have clicked through to payment you will be unable to add further items to your basket.
If paying by credit/debit card, you will now be taken through to the payment server. Please enter your credit/debit card details. Once the system has confirmed your payment, you will be sent a confirmation email. If booking your goods to your in-store credit account, you will see a confirmation page and receive an email from us.
