Made exclusively from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir of the Riceys region. This prestigious Cuvée has matured during 4 years in their cellars, which gave its own character of citrus, floral and buttery aromas with a gold yellow colour and fine bubbles. Honey and baked fruits fill the palate with such great depth. One of our favourites!

We have recently started selling these beautiful chocolates having passed our very strict product testing! All our staff were involved and the decision was unanimous! Believe us, these chocoloates are something else. Stunning flavours, superior quality and beautifully finished by Jersey's only chocolatier, Darren Stower.
Darren is originally from Australia and can proudly say he is the only chocolatier in Jersey. After travelling the world as a pastry chef on board of the QE2 cruise liner, Darren disembarked in Jersey in 2002 where he worked as a pastry chef in a renowned restaurant. In 2006 Darren finished his training as a chocolatier in Manchester before joining the Estate.
Here he combines luxury chocolate with their famous Jersey Cream Liqueur, Apple Brandy, Orange Liqueur, and Black Butter and of course real Jersey Cream and is always coming up with fabulous new ideas, including a wicked chilli chocolate!
