This medium capacity wine cabinet is ideal for those who wish to start building up a real home cellar or to store wine ready for serving. It enables you to preserve up to 141 bottles at between 5° and 21°C.
Using a EuroCave cabinet, you have all the advantages to protect your wine to maturity. Designed to offer maximum capacity and convenience for your bottles, the materials and construction are unique to EuroCave.
An steel frame surrounds 5cm thick polyurethane foam walls.
The dual system, hot/cold temperature control circuitry, not only cools but warms thus maintaining a constant temperature, whatever the ambient.
The compressor is mounted on 'silent-blocks' keeping vibration to a minimum.
An internal fan and stippled aluminium walls efficiently collect and distribute humidity, heat and moisture.
All this combines to create the conditions of a natural cellar, keeping your bottles in an ideal environment.
UV free lighting is standard on all Classic cabinets.
'Protection alarms' on Classic cabinets sound if the temperature fluctuates outside normal parameters, if the door is left open or if the humidity drops too low.
The Beech wood and metal sliding shelves are designed to take between 7(magnum) and 12 standard bottles depending on bottle type, adaptable within the cabinet, allowing you to choose the best arrangement to meet your changing requirements.
Wooden storage shelves are fixed, allowing you to stack your wine several cases high for longer term storage.
