Their Notes: "Brothers Pear Cider is quite special. The methods we use to make it are normally used by winemakers when they want to make Champagne. It costs us more and takes longer to make, but we wouldn’t have it any other way - as it wouldn’t be Brothers Pear Cider if we cut corners. We slowly ferment our ciders under pressure in sealed vessels, this ensures Brothers Pear Cider is naturally sparkling with smaller bubbles giving our customers a smoother drink. This is called the Cuvee Closed method, if you really want to impress people. Our cider is not too sweet like pear drops and not to dry and acidic like strong scrumpy cider - just nice and smooth."
