Acting as a mini Decanter, forcing air into the body of the wine, the flavours and notes of the wine are therefore released, making the wine develop quicker and thus more palatable.
All the flutes in the Chef & Sommelier range have a specialist form of nucleation using laser to etch inside the base of the flute. It promotes the release of CO2, creating an elegant stream of bubbles and making it sparkle longer.
