The ‘Vieris’ Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in oak barrels and then matured in oak for a further 12 months. Rich and tropical, the wine has great ripeness of flavour, with the herbaceous characters typical of Sauvignon transmuted during the ripening period on the vine. The oak nestles nicely under the structured fruit.
