Aging Potential: The Massaya Gold Reserve has the structure, balance and concentration of tannins that makes it perfect for putting down. It can be aged for 5, 10 or maybe 15 years and its added value is between 10% and 30% year.
Food Pairings:
A wine of character for special occasions. An accompaniment for rich dishes such as red meat in sauce, strong cheese. An ideal companion with roast meats such as leg of lamb. Best served at 19C.
