The Gamekeeper's must be the most lauded wine in history, with the critics unstinting in their praise for its bold, juicy fruit. 51.5% Shiraz, 41% Grenache and a splash of Touriga Nacional makes up this delicious St Hallett blend. This is a great wine for dining, especially if roast duck is on the menu. It features a highly floral nose, with dark plum and berry fruits following. The Touriga Nacional adds a spicy flavour to the berry flavours too; it is rounded out by a soft tannin earthiness, which is why it goes great with roasts.
