Notes:
What’s the white mullet, well it’s not the haircut of an Albino but a weird and wonderful blend of Riesling, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc. That’s quite an interesting mix but surprisingly it works harmoniously. It’s lively with zesty tropical and citrus aromas as well as perfumed musk. The palate is bright and lifted with tropical fruit salad flavours before a long, layered finish with balanced, crispy acids. Try it with some medium spicy Asian dishes for best results.
Winemaker's notes: Fresh, zesty aromas of citrus, tropical fruit and a hint of musky perfume displayed. Palate: Crisp, bright and fresh with the zingy acidity balancing the attractive core of fruit salad flavours very nicely. Delivers a nice mouthful of flavor and is ideal for the summer months ahead.
