Pinot Noir is an elegant wine, never overpowering, and complements a wide range of foods. This vintage has more structure and power than most previous vintages.
Tasting Notes: Judiciously matured in French oak barrels, their Pinot Noir is rich and outspoken, yet elegant and smooth. Exciting aromas of bramble fruit and spice are beautifully complemented by hints of mulberry and chocolate. On the palate a medley of strawberry and raspberry is subtly complemented by well-integrated oak.
