Tasting Notes:
The finest selection of grapes from the vineyards of Cassegliano and San Canzian d’Isonzo are reserved for the “Borgo dei Vassalli” wines. These vineyards are situated south where they are located on richer soil. A clear and bright wine that is light lemon in colour, this opens with an aromatic, open, nose with notes of white flowers, a touch of fresh bread and a lemon-almond character. On the palate it is clean and zesty, with a nutty richness offset by a lemon zest acidity.
