Didier Gallimard owns 10 hectares of prime vineyard on the steep slopes around Les Riceys in the Southern Aube. His vines average 20 year’s old and the vineyards which are of chalk and limestone are planted to 100% Pinot Noir. His wines are full, rich and offer enticing aromas and flavours of exotic summer fruits.

We have recently started selling these beautiful chocolates having passed our very strict product testing! All our staff were involved and the decision was unanimous! Believe us, these chocoloates are something else. Stunning flavours, superior quality and beautifully finished by Jersey's only chocolatier, Darren Stower.
Darren is originally from Australia and can proudly say he is the only chocolatier in Jersey. After travelling the world as a pastry chef on board of the QE2 cruise liner, Darren disembarked in Jersey in 2002 where he worked as a pastry chef in a renowned restaurant. In 2006 Darren finished his training as a chocolatier in Manchester before joining the Estate.
Here he combines luxury chocolate with their famous Jersey Cream Liqueur, Apple Brandy, Orange Liqueur, and Black Butter and of course real Jersey Cream and is always coming up with fabulous new ideas, including a wicked chilli chocolate!
