Tasting Notes for Moet & Chandon Brut Imperiale N.V. - Probably the world’s most famous champagne house. A champagne house is judged on the quality of its brut n.v champagne and this is always elegant, deep and rich on the nose with good balance and texture. Excellent as an aperitif.

We have recently started selling these beautiful chocolates having passed our very strict product testing!  All our staff were involved and the decision was unanimous!  Believe us, these chocoloates are something else.  Stunning flavours, superior quality and beautifully finished by Jersey's only chocolatier, Darren Stower. 

Darren is originally from Australia and can proudly say he is the only chocolatier in Jersey.  After travelling the world as a pastry chef on board of the QE2 cruise liner, Darren disembarked in Jersey in 2002 where he worked as a pastry chef in a renowned restaurant.  In 2006 Darren finished his training as a chocolatier in Manchester before joining the Estate.

Here he combines luxury chocolate with their famous Jersey Cream Liqueur, Apple Brandy, Orange Liqueur, and Black Butter and of course real Jersey Cream and is always coming up with fabulous new ideas, including a wicked chilli chocolate!
