Tasting Notes for Moet & Chandon Brut Rosé Imperiale N.V. - Brut Impérial Rosé is a fruity, dazzling wine, full of freshness and spontaneity. A wonderful versatile champagne which is appropriate both as an aperitif and with food. It is zestful, with great suppleness. The assemblage with red wine also gives it feminine, coppery shades.The wine is lively, clean and expressive, initially dominated by the scent of spice followed by ripe red fruits and wild strawberries. Aromas of wild strawberries on the nose follow through on the palate of this wine to combine with hints of red currants and nectarines.

We have recently started selling these beautiful chocolates having passed our very strict product testing! All our staff were involved and the decision was unanimous! Believe us, these chocoloates are something else. Stunning flavours, superior quality and beautifully finished by Jersey's only chocolatier, Darren Stower.
Darren is originally from Australia and can proudly say he is the only chocolatier in Jersey. After travelling the world as a pastry chef on board of the QE2 cruise liner, Darren disembarked in Jersey in 2002 where he worked as a pastry chef in a renowned restaurant. In 2006 Darren finished his training as a chocolatier in Manchester before joining the Estate.
Here he combines luxury chocolate with their famous Jersey Cream Liqueur, Apple Brandy, Orange Liqueur, and Black Butter and of course real Jersey Cream and is always coming up with fabulous new ideas, including a wicked chilli chocolate!
