Almost black in colour. A pronounced and delicious bouquet of the essence of sweet raisins. The taste is very sweet, smooth, pronounced and delicous just like dried raisins or sweet grape juice. This is a very sweet dessert wine made from 100% Pedro Ximénez grapes and it should be consumed, chilled, on its own or with rich, fruity puddings. Also classically used as the sauce for one of the famous desserts of Jerez: ice cream with Pedro Ximénez Sherry.
