Tasting Notes:
This is a Macon Villages that punches far above its weight. It has lovely white peach fruit and an excellent lingering finish. It's not a big wine but is elegant and a terrific partner with food. This wine is generously fruity and enticing on the palate whilst maintaining plently of traditional Chardonnay characters.
Food Pairings:
An excellent aperitif or an accompaniment to most entrées, this wine should be drunk young but will keep for 2-3 years.
