Description
This DIPA is made from selected hops by the Track team, which makes a yearly pilgrimage to the West Coast of the US, most notably to Yakima Valley, to select specific lots of hops from dedicated family-run businesses. Citra is the backbone of many of Track's hop-forward beers - this specially selected lot came from Double R Hop Rances, a family-owned and operated business which started back in 1945.
