Description
For many generations the Durup family has been in Maligny, looking after its vineyard. Today, Jean Durup has greatly developed the original estate, now heading 155 hectares, making it the largest in Chablis.
Tasting: Nice Chablis. Pale yellow green colour. Mineral nose. It has the typical flinty character, with lemon zest and apples in the palate. High acidity and dry. Pairs wonderfully with ceviche.
