There's no question that Domaine Christian Moreau Pere et Fils is one of the leading producers in Chablis. Year after year, this domaine produces classically structured, distinctive wines that reflect their origins beautifully. This generic Moreau Chablis – as usual for this cuvee – is 60% from the vineyards of a single grower behind Vaulorent, with the rest coming from Pargues. In short, if one believes in location, you can’t get much better in AOC Chablis.
Ripe, yet bone dry Chardonnay with crisp green apple, mineral and a touch of saline. It's great for simple seafood or shellfish.
