A superb example of a yuzu sake. Many yuzu 'sakes' are in fact not made with sake at all; however, this yuzushu is made from finest yuzu (a Japanese citrus fruit, like lemons but sweeter) picked in Okayama, Japan, and blended with Gozenshu 9 Bodaimoto Junmai, the finest brew made with Bodaimoto method using Omachi rice.
Zesty, fresh, refreshing and suitable for aperitif, and even for those who do not like the flavour of alcohol. Best served chilled and straight up, on the rocks, or with soda/tonic as an yuzushu spritzer.
