Description
The Royal Gin is infused with seven classic botanicals and a delicate addition of local elderflower from the La Mare Estate in Jersey. The spirit is then double distilled in the Alembic Charantais Cognac distillery using a blend of the purest neutral spirit and Jersey Royal potato spirit. The Botanicals are carefully selected for their quality and gently handled during the process to extract and capture their individual character.
