"The 2015 Pinot Noir La Bauge Au-dessus is a pretty wine, but it also shows the challenges of the growing season in its forward, slightly dried out profile. I would prefer to drink this approachable, easygoing Pinot over the next few years. The sweet tobacco, dried fruit, dried herb and earthy tones all suggest the 2015 is on a fast track of aging. Of course, it is also possible the 2015 might stay at its current plateau for a number of years, but I wouldn't push my luck. Drinking window: 2018-2022." - Antonio Galloni, Vinous (09/18)
