Produced from the pressed Sangiovese grape skins that go into the making of Brunello di Montalcino. Traditional pot still distillation, this Grappa is bottled young to retain its freshness. Very mellow and soft with no harshness. Drink neat at the end of a meal with a coffee, a great digestif.
