With the climate in Ouzeloy, they are in the immediate vicinity of the commune of Marsannay, at the exit of the cone of dejection which extends the combe of Grandvau. There, the soil is chalky clay and stony, which ensures good drainage and a good concentration of pinot noir grapes. In the winery, after manual harvest, the work is patchy and interventionist, with fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks and farms of about 18 months in new oak barrels in the third. Included in this Marsannay are fabulous notes of blackcurrant and strawberry with great magnitude, power, generosity and tannins present.
