Château Paradis is situated just north of the town of Aix-en-Provence, this picturesque and historic town is the gateway to the South of France. The winery sits among the rolling hills and rocky outcrops, new vineyard plantings and cellar investment have ensured that the recent vintages have really shone. From the beginning of Château Paradis, quality is the main goal for its young and dynamic team.
THE WINE ADVOCATE Rating: 93 points - "The 2019 Coteaux d'Aix en Provence Rose Terre des Anges is 70% Syrah, 20% Mourvèdre and 10% Vermentino (Rolle). That's unusual for Provence rosé, but it makes for a pale pink wine that combines crushed stone, floral notes, red berries and citrus. It's medium-bodied on the palate, with ample concentration, intense flavors that follow the nose, a silky feel on the palate and a lingering finish. This is clearly one of the best rosés to come out of the appellation, from one of the top estates in the Coteaux d'Aix."
