Description

Like most of Bibi Graetz wines, the name is very evocative, “Casa-Matta”: the “Crazy-House”, is our bright and approachable version of white Tuscan blend. The Vermentino brings freshness, the Moscato Bianco elevate the aromatics and Trebbiano increase the balance and the harmony of the blend.

Great with Goat's Cheeses...

Ticklemore, Chevre log, Crottin, Banon. These with their fresh acidity pair very well with a light, fresh wine; traditionally paired with Sancerre or Pouilly-Fume from the same area as the cheese. This awesome white blend from Bibi Graetz, with its freshness from the Vermentino and a touch of sweetness from Moscato Bianco would be a lovely alternative match.
