This wine is pale lemon yellow in colour. The nose is clean with crisp citrus fruit notes and subtle white flowers. The firm, mineral palate has excellent balance of fine, almost salty acidity with intense lemon, flint and pear flavours and a long finish. An ideal accompaniment to fish, shellfish and goats cheeses of the Loire. It is also delicious as an aperitif or with fine Asian cuisine.
