The vineyard giving the wine Champlots is located on the heights of the hamlet of Gamay, attached to the village of Saint Aubin. The wine has a beautiful bright dress, shiny gold with green highlights. The nose, fine and pleasant, exudes aromas of white fruit, white flowers on a delicately woody support. Notes of apple, hazelnut, butter, lime and toasted form this complex and elegant set. In the mouth, "The Champlots" shows round and franc from the attack. The evolution shows a great maturity, with a powerful aromatic intensity dominated by floral notes and dried fruit. The finish is long and mineral. A harmonious wine, dense and very well balanced.
The cuvée "The Champlots" worth seeing. In three words: Finesse, power, minerality.
