Description

Pazo Señorans is made with 100% Albariño grapes that grow on 35-year old vines in 20 acres of lovingly cared vineyards that receive the sea breeze from the Atlantic Ocean. Upon arrival at the winery, grapes are destemmed and crushed in a pneumatic press where they undergo a quick decantation and short maceration.
After bottling, the wine has been agend in the Pazo Señorans cellars for 30 months before release to gain complexity and smoothness.
Straw yellow. Atractive colour. Subtle with a determination of good evolution in the glass. Firm, elegant and complex with aromatic memory. Drink now or keep for up to a decade.
