The Silesian Cuvee vineyard is a white, semi-dry wine from a Polish vineyard located in the heart of Lower Silesia, in the Sudetes foothills. It is a coupage of four strains: Hibernal, Bianca, Johanniter and Solaris. Very aromatic, noticeable aromas of red currant, lilac, jasmine and quince. The scent of gooseberries, apples and lilacs enclosed in Cuvee takes you to a lazy summer afternoon, where the refreshing taste of citrus is balanced by sweet raisin notes. A wine with a very light texture.
Silesian is an eleven hectare vineyard located in the heart of Lower Silesia in the Sudetes foothills, only half a kilometer from the former Cistercian monastery and the adjacent vineyards dating back to the beginning of the 14th century. Silesian believe that perfect wine is made in the vineyard, which is why they care for the vines with such great care.
