Description
Chardonnay from the Turnau Vineyard is a unique wine. It’s been fermented in American Oak and matured in acacia barriques. Very ripe, heavy on vanilla, butter, toast, almonds, very fine and balanced with salty finish, very similar to 1er cru Burgundy like Meursault for a fraction of the price. It is perfect to drink right now but it has 3-5 years maturation potential. Chardonnay is perfect for pairing with food such as poultry, red meat, pasta and aged cheeses.
