Blend: Chardonnay (100%) Luminous pale gold colour, with fine, light bubbles that rise in a delicate, long-lasting line. On the nose there is fresh fruit (mostly citrus) combined with aromas of white flowers & white fruits (peach). This is a very attractive Blanc de Blancs, pure distinct & clear-cut. Evolves in the mouth, fluctuating between freshness, suppleness & fulness. Delightful with seafood, grilled sole or sashimi with white fish.
