This wine was also made from grapes infected with Noble Rot (Botrytis). On arrival in the winery, the grapes were left them to soak in a small press for 24-hours. The extracted juice was again pumped over the skins and finally lightly pressed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tank where the wine was aged for several months on light lees.
Exquisite. The palate is succulent, mouth watering and luscious. Characters of sweet mandarin twist and citrus freshness. A sense of persistence.
