From Southern France, the Odd Bird Domaine de la Prade age their ORGANIC non-alcoholic Chardonnay for a year so that the full character of the wine can develop, before gently removing the alcohol. With aromatic notes of fresh apple and citrus, this well-rounded dry wine pairs well with seafood, salmon and chicken. And with less than 20 calories per 100ml is also lighter than traditional Chardonnay.
