Description

The wine is made in a lush, spicy style to fit with her exotic personality. Sherazade is made from Nero d’Avola and Syrah grapes planted at approximately 5,000 vines/hectare, trained using a counterespalier system and spur pruning. The resulting wine is bright, deep ruby red in colour, with youthful violet hints. On the nose it has perfumes which combine red fruit, sour cherries and a mineral note. Full-bodied but still fresh on the palate, the fruit is more blackberries with a touch of chocolate, soft, ripe tannins and a good balance through to the finish. Sutainable farming.
