Biodynamically farmed by Christophe Mittnacht and Marc—certified by Demeter—this wine uses wild yeasts, organic practices, and minimal intervention. With a blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Muscat, and Gewürztraminer, it perfectly balances vibrant fruit with character, standing up to soy and wasabi.
