COVID-19 Coronavirus - IMPORTANT UPDATE
UPDATE - Monday 30th March 2020
As from March 23rd 2020, ALL our shops are now CLOSED to the public until further notice.
This was an incredibly difficult decision to make but it has also been taken to try, as best we can, to reduce the risk to our incredible team who have battled through valiantly for the past few weeks whilst adhering to our very strict health and safety protocols.
HOWEVER, because we already have our very popular online shop in place, you can still order online and we will continue to deliver the goods to you. We will also offer our Click and Collect service but from the Beaumont shop only.
If you choose, when checking out, to Click and Collect your order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time when the goods will be ready to collect. You will arrive at your allotted time (if not self-isolating), walk down the slope and your goods will be brought to you by a member of the team (maintaining 2 metre distancing protocols) to then take back to your vehicle. We will have staff in the Beaumont shop during our normal trading hours (10 - 6 Monday to Saturday) who will be picking orders, answering the phone and emails.
Please be aware that we are receiving many online orders at the moment and our deliveries slots for next week are very FULL. We are now taking orders for deliveries commencing Monday 6th April 2020. We will endeavour to communicate with you as best as we can to inform you of when the delivery will be made. We are however trying to add to our delivery team next week so we will be trying to get your items to you beforehand.
Please bear with our team during these difficult times. Thank you for your patience and understanding. This isn't easy for any of us but we are doing our very best to keep our supply chain open to you.

Our normal delivery info (pre-Coronavirus)...
We offer free island-wide delivery on all orders over £75. For orders under this value there is a £7.50 charge. Please provide us with a day time contact number and a mobile number so that we can contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Please also provide a daytime number and a mobile if possible of the person if the delivery is a gift. All deliveries require a signature on receipt or pre-authorisation to leave goods in a safe place. Please note that pre-authorisation is at your risk. If we attempt to make a delivery at an agreed time and delivery is not possible, we reserve the right to charge £5 for re-delivery or collection from one of our shops can be arranged.
Please note that if your delivery is going to the East side of the Island and you place your order after 9am then it will be Next day delivery and any orders placed after 9am on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.
We deliver up to 4pm Monday to Friday.
We DO NOT deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, Public or Bank Holidays.
If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a Bank/Public Holiday, it will be processed the next working day.
If your order is a gift hamper or a gift that requires gift-wrapping, please allow at least 24 hours for delivery.
Please note, this is not a guaranteed service and all delivery times are estimates only. We are unable to guarantee any delivery dates or times as delays may occur that are outside our control. We will of course endeavour to keep you informed at all times via email or by telephone.
