WHAT IS A PET’NAT’?
A natural sparkling wine. A juice which was quietly undergoing its alcoholic fermentation (transformation of sugars into alcohol) when suddenly it was bottled. Fermentation then ended in the bottle. And as CO2 is naturally released (gas, bubbles), this sparkle remained captured.
IS IT SWEET ?
Nope. All the sugars have been fermented, making it a fresh, light wine. The fine bubbles provide tonicity while retaining a fruity and digestible character. Immediate pleasure guaranteed!
ON WHAT OCCASION DO WE DRINK IT?
Every time you want bubbles! Our 100% Grenache, with its explosive nose of raspberry and apricot, and its lively and fresh palate, is particularly recommended as an aperitif, or to accompany a dessert.
